Обязанности:

* Ensure development and deployment of Q&FS programs and processes across PepsiCo in Dairy category in RUBCCA to enable category E2E SC implement and standardize Q&FS standards.

* Develop and deploy the harmonised Dairy category QCFS agenda, metrics, aligned by Categories for E2E PepsiCo and 3PM.

* Support Development of harmonized QCFS reporting process for RUBCCA Dairy category, aligned with SC stakeholders (KPI Dashboards, 3C Metrics).

* Develop and deploy Sector / Regional Q&FS programs and processes for Dairy Category in RUBCCA taking smart compliance (LEAN) approach.

* Support Food Safety Compliance agenda and PSP CAPEX acceleration plan execution in RUBCCA Dairy BU.

* Ensure a solid communication and wiring with Sector / Region FSQA, SC, R&D, Commercialization, Transformational teams (MOS, P&P, LEAN) to develop and align mechanisms, tool-kits and WoW.

* Ensure support for Innovations, non-innovations, MFP and productivity projects execution via establishment of connection and standard processes with category commercialization, SC planning and engineering team to provide timely QCFS expertise and input at the early stage of projects to ensure Q&FS compliance.

* Lead Digitalization agenda for QCFS, develop instruments supporting productivity agenda and improvements in Q&FS.

* Support Development and deployment of Q&FS functional and leadership competency and Training program for QCFS E2E BU ensure right competences are in place to support SC KPIs.

* Be internal QCFS authority for the Incident and Crisis management team and support Region QCFS E2E Lead and IM team in Dairy Category. Ensure IM process followed, Risk assessment, RCA and recommendations for in-market actions (IRIS Platform).

* Ensure engagement of x-functional and category business team (FSQA, Lean, MOS, SC, GP, commercialization) to develop optimized lean QCFS processes and WoW, DICE in Dairy category.

* Lead QAS audits as independent auditor, preparation and conduction qualification on-site activities, technical assessments, Gemba walks and incidents related audits.
