Mission The Data Lead will own the end-to-end data value chain at FieldPro: understanding client needs, producing insights, building predictive models, managing dashboards, and contributing to our product roadmap with innovative data-driven features. Key Responsibilities: Business & Data Understanding - Work closely with clients, tech, and our product team to scope analytical and modelling needs. - Translate business requirements into analytical specifications. - Transform raw data streams into clear, business-oriented template dashboards and indicators. - Propose new KPIs, performance indicators, and data-driven product improvements. - Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics - Develop and refine time series forecasting models for sales prediction. - Optimise existing machine learning models to improve accuracy and efficiency. - Conduct feature engineering and model evaluation. - Contribute to new analytical products (geo-analysis, route optimisation, recommendations, anomaly detection, etc.) Data Engineering and Automation - Build automated pipelines for real-time and scheduled model updates. - Work with the Data Engineering team to ensure robust deployment. - Maintain monitoring dashboards and run A/B tests for model improvements

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Technical - Excellent SQL skills (BigQuery/PostgreSQL). - Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn; PyTorch/TensorFlow a plus). - Experience with dashboarding tools (Superset, Power BI, etc.). - Experience in time series forecasting. - Solid understanding of the ML model lifecycle. - Familiarity with GCP or similar cloud environments. Business and Product - Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions. - Strong communication skills and client-facing experience. - Autonomous, structured, and results-driven. - Experience in FMCG, retail, agriculture, geospatial analytics, or field operations is a plus
