Scope of Work
* Manage the most strategic client relationships in Africa, covering thousands of users across multiple countries.
* Provide high-touch support to ensure long-term client success and value creation.
* Report directly to company management.
* Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Product teams on high-impact projects.

Main Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management
* Build strong, long-term partnerships with key client stakeholders.
* Maintain a high-touch presence through regular meetings, field visits, and steering committees.
* Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and their use of Optimetriks solutions.

Project Management & Leadership
* Act as the overall project lead for large-scale, multi-country deployments.
* Anticipate risks and challenges, coordinate internal teams, and ensure high-quality delivery.
* Lead strategic steering committees with client executives, presenting progress, roadmaps, and growth opportunities.

Sales & Product Contribution
* Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through direct client interactions.
* Contribute to the drafting of commercial proposals in collaboration with the Sales team.
* Work closely with Product and Design teams to define, test, and validate new features based on client needs.

Data, Reporting & Analytics
* Support clients in leveraging data to improve operational performance and decision-making.
* Create and deliver regular and ad-hoc analytical reports for clients.
* Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from FieldPro databases.
* Build dashboards and data visualizations to track KPIs, performance metrics, and project outcomes.
* Collaborate with internal data and product teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and relevance across client environments
