Uniqlo Mall of Scandinavia - Loss Prevention Supervisor

We are now looking for a Loss Prevention Supervisor to join our Swedisd organization on a substitution contract. If you would like to be part of this fast-paced and exciting adventure, then we would like to hear from you!

Main responsibilities

As our Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will be accountable for all initiatives and daily tasks associated with loss prevention, stock management, and safety management directed by the Health and Safety Manager of Scandinavia to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and company assets. Your key area of job assignments will be as follows:

* Facility, Maintenance, and H&S tasks such as risk assessments, evacuations, first aid, recording accidents, as well as operating with store systems, CCTV, and tills. to ensure correct usage

* Ensure compliance as well as train the store team on LP/Safety policies, procedures, and standards

* "Handyman/woman" who can fix maintenance issues

* Supporting store for all matters of stock control/management

* Special projects/events as assigned.

Background

* Experience working in a similar position or in retail

* Preferably basic security guard training, risk management programs, or similar.

* It is an advantage to have completed security management programs or security management programs.

Technical Skills and Abilities

* Demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for the UNIQLO brand

* High standards of personal presentation, conduct, and behavior

* Use initiative to resolve problems

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

* Basic knowledge of computer applications, i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

* Type of employment: Substitution contract starting  June 2026 until September 2027
