TL;DR: You will help build Lovable's financial and operational foundations. As we mature, you'll be the person carrying the systems forward, from early integrations to more sophisticated, in-house solutions.

What we're looking for
* Strong technical profile: coder with data fluency and a solid finance understanding.
* Experience with billing, VAT, tax, revenue recognition, and financial systems.
* Background in fintech or tech companies that scaled quickly and had to build foundations.
* Comfortable owning systems end-to-end, hands-on, and independently.
* Pragmatic, curious, and low-ego: you build first, optimize later.
What you'll do
* Operate around current systems, whilst building internal tools to replace our current ones.
* Work around Stripe billing logic, revenue settings, and toggles.
* Tax engine rules (Sphere) and compliance touchpoints.
* Build integrations (e.g., Humaans → Light, Stripe → Light, Railblocks → payouts).
* Bank feed connections (JPM, SEB, Mercury, Wise).
* Debugging system errors, broken flows, and data gaps.
