Overview About the Team The Investment & Accountability team sits at the heart of how we deliver value to some of the world's biggest advertisers-ensuring that every media dollar delivers strong performance, competitive pricing, and measurable ROI. The team operates at the intersection of media investment, commercial strategy, procurement, auditing, and data, providing a unique 360° view of how media really works. It is a highly visible function, working closely with senior leadership, global client teams, and local market specialists. As our capabilities evolve, the team is increasingly technology-enabled, building and using bespoke analytical products to scale insight, improve accuracy, and increase commercial impact. About the Role We are looking for a motivated and analytically strong Investment & Accountability Manager to own and deliver defined components of media productivity commitments across a portfolio of client accounts. You will work closely with senior managers, client teams, and technical specialists to analyse performance, validate data, and help evolve the tools and workflows that underpin accountability and governance. You will regularly work close to code, data models, and AI-enabled tools, including Large Language Models (LLMs), applying strong logical problem-solving and technical fluency to build, test, and improve analytical solutions. This role offers increasing ownership and visibility, with clear scope to grow into broader commercial and strategic responsibility over time. Responsibilities Commercial & Investment Accountability Own the delivery of defined components of media cost, quality, and ROI commitments. Analyse trading performance across multiple media channels and markets. Contribute to pricing models, commercial analyses, and pitch responses. Support the preparation of audit materials and contribute to audit discussions. Data, Tools & Insight Validate data submissions and identify issues related to data quality, logic, or methodology. Translate commercial questions into structured analytical tasks. Build and improve analytical outputs used in client and internal reporting. Support the development and testing of bespoke analytical tools and workflows. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency through automation. Technology-Enabled Ways of Working Work with internal tools built using modern technologies (e.g. scripting, automation, LLM-assisted analysis). Apply emerging technologies thoughtfully to solve practical business problems. Partner with technical colleagues to test, iterate, and improve solutions. Develop confidence working across both commercial and technical contexts. Stakeholder Management Partner with Client teams to gather inputs and clarify requirements. Present analytical outputs and findings with support from senior colleagues. Support interactions with procurement teams and external auditors. Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Typically 2-4 years' experience in media investment, analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field. Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. Experience contributing to commercial or performance-driven analyses. Clear communicator with growing confidence presenting insights. Proactive, organised, and eager to take on increasing responsibility. Ability to learn new tools and technical concepts quickly. Technical & Analytical Capability You don't need to be a developer-but you do need to think like a builder. Strong comfort working with structured data and analytical logic. Working knowledge of programming or scripting concepts (e.g. Typescript, Python, SQL, or similar). Ability to read, understand, and improve existing code or automated workflows. Strong Excel skills and experience with BI or analytical tools. Curiosity and confidence using AI and LLM-enabled tools to enhance analysis. Ability to break problems into logical, testable components. Requerimientos del candidato/a:
