Your mission

In this position, you play a critical role in defining and owning the enterprise solution architecture vision for our IT transformation. You report to the Head of Digital Product Platform and are part of a global matrix organization.

Every day brings new opportunities to:
* Lead the design of scalable, secure, and reusable solution architectures across a diverse digital product portfolio.
* Set architectural standards and frameworks that guide IT development and integration, ensuring consistency across teams and partners.
* Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to keep us at the forefront of innovation.
* Partner with business and technical teams to translate needs into robust, future-ready solutions.
* Guide and mentor solution architects, technical leads, and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and accelerating solution delivery.

This role is based in Sweden, preferably in Sandviken or Stockholm and we offer a hybrid work model. Some international travel is expected.

Your character

You have a strong technical background in areas such as cloud infrastructure, data platforms, AI/ML, and software lifecycle management. You're used to collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in product, engineering, and business development. Experience or knowledge of the manufacturing industry, machining, or industrial software solutions is a strong advantage. You communicate clearly and have a strategic ability that helps you navigate complex challenges and drive results. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent English skills, verbally and in writing.
