They are a distinct and next- generation global trading entity which identifies new ways to deliver value to clients. The role We are now looking for a Programmatic Specialist to join our APEX team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be a key part of our programmatic delivery capability - working closely with the APEX Programmatic Product Owner and cross-functional specialists to ensure that APEX programmatic activations are executed with precision, transparency, and measurable impact. Responsibilities As an APEX Programmatic Specialist, your responsibilities span the full programmatic delivery cycle. You will: Activate and manage APEX programmatic campaigns end-to-end, from setup and QA to go-live and ongoing delivery. Own hands-on DSP execution, including bidding, targeting, audience/data segmentation, optimization and in-flight adjustments aligned to agreed KPIs. Monitor pacing, performance and profitability, proactively identifying risks and opportunities and recommending optimizations together with the APEX team and agency stakeholders. Support mid- and end-of-campaign reporting, contributing analysis, learnings and clear recommendations for future activations. Ensure strong operational discipline, keeping campaign status, documentation and actuals/spend up to date. Collaborate closely with agency teams, supporting delivery, transparency and insights as APEX operates as an internal vendor. Qualifications We believe you will thrive in this role if you have: Academic or relevant post secondary education in marketing, media, or a related field. Experience working with digital campaign activation within programmatic. A strong interest in ad tech and digital platforms, with solid numerical confidence. The ability to move between tactical execution and strategic thinking. Experience analyzing campaign results and translating delivery into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with multiple stakeholders. A proactive mindset, with a desire to improve, scale, and refine ways of working. A structured and independent working style, with strong ownership and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A solution-oriented mindset, high attention to detail, and strong analytical ambition. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Requerimientos del candidato/a:
