The Position

Healthcare is evolving through personalized treatments, increasing patient empowerment, and shifting resource demands. As a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) in Ophthalmology at Roche, you will be the external face of our organization, collaborating closely with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to directly impact the eye care patient journey. Operating within a cross-functional team, you are accountable for gaining a deep understanding of patient needs to drive maximum value for patients, the healthcare system, and Roche.

The Opportunity
* Proactively build partnerships to position Roche Ophthalmology therapies with conviction, converting HCPs into advocates who champion our treatments and secure patient access.
* Serve as the trusted link between eye care accounts and Roche, nurturing long-term networks and ensuring every interaction delivers a positive, consistent experience.
* Continuously identify quality insights on patient and market needs within the therapeutic area, bringing external perspectives into Roche to inform strategic priorities.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to remove roadblocks and develop solutions that deliver value for the vision-impaired community and the ecosystem.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans, including profiling and targeting, to achieve disease area outcomes and outpace competitors.
* Leverage digital tools and multi-channel campaigns to effectively educate stakeholders and deliver interactions aligned with their specific preferences.
* Act as a system thinker to map the evolving healthcare landscape, realizing process optimizations that improve outcomes faster.

Who You Are
* You hold a university degree (Scientific, Pharmacy, Business or MD) and possess LIF certification (via MGU or equivalent) to ensure compliance with Swedish regulations.
* You have strong direct experience working with HCPs in a strategic, field-based role. Previous experience or exposure within the therapeutic area of Ophthalmology is considered an asset.
* You demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship networking skills, combined with strong business acumen to identify opportunities and drive value.
* You possess a growth and curiosity mindset, paired with superior communication skills and the digital acumen needed to enhance customer interactions.
* You are a self-managed professional who excels in cross-functional teams and can coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
* You are a deep listener with a personal purpose centered on improving the patient journey and a commitment to unwavering integrity.
* You are fluent in Swedish and English, with superior skills in articulating complex expertise to drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
