* Provide professional and friendly service to our international guests
* Build rapport with guests and address special requests
* Give expert advice on food and beverages at the highest level
* Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality standards
* Set and maintain elegant table settings
* Collaborate effectively with kitchen and management staff
* Take responsibility for the preparation, cleanliness, and follow-up of service areas
* Ensure smooth operations within the team
* Actively contribute to creating an unforgettable guest experience

* Full training in the hotel/restaurant industry or several years' experience in a comparable position in high-end gastronomy
* Experience in the hotel industry or high-end/premium restaurant
* Full professional English required; any other language is an asset
* Excellent technical knowledge and strong service orientation
* Well-groomed appearance and confident attitude
* Team spirit, flexibility and ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations
* Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
