FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport (255 Rooms) is just a few steps from the terminals and within the dynamic "Circle" district. Integrated within The Circle's vibrant ecosystem of retail, dining, and the Convention Center (17 Meeting Rooms Convention Hall for up to 1.500 persons), this hotel is one of Hyatt's most visible showcases in Europe.
What you will do:
As Front Office Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the guest experience at Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport. You are responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Front Office department and ensure outstanding service quality in line with Hyatt standards. Together with your team, you create seamless arrival and departure experiences, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations at the heart of the hotel.
You lead, coach, and inspire the Front Office team, manage resources efficiently, and act as a key interface between Guests, Operations, and Management. You are not only an operational expert, you are a host by passion, a role model for service excellence, and a strong leader who drives performance and engagement.
You stay up to date with hospitality service trends and Hyatt brand standards to ensure our Front Office remains agile, professional, and guest-focused.
What we are looking for:
Do you bring strong Front Office leadership experience within hospitality, ideally in a larger or complex hotel operation? Are you a structured, hands-on leader with a passion for service excellence? Are you fluent in German and English? Then we are looking for you!
