As a Front Arena / Market Making Specialist you will be focusing on the AMAS - PRIME interaction in order to support Market making/quoting.

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Design, develop, test, and deploy robust functionalities integrated across trading and back-office ecosystems
* Ensure end-to-end ownership of critical services, guaranteeing high availability and minimal production downtime
* Lead integration efforts between Front Arena and upstream/downstream systems
* Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents efficiently
* Conduct thorough reviews to uphold quality, security, and alignment with architectural standards
* Identify and implement system improvements to boost performance, scalability, and operational resilience
* Contribute to change and release management processes within an agile (SAFe) delivery framework
* Uphold ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements

YOUR PROFILE

* University degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or a related discipline
* 5+ years of hands-on development with AMAS, AFG, AIMS and AMAS interaction with PRIME
* Solid understanding of capital markets, particularly structured products and equity derivatives
* Good knowledge of Market making using AMAS and PRIME
* Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
* Comfortable working under pressure, with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise dynamically
* Customer-focused mindset with empathy, adaptability, and a hands-on, solution-driven attitude
* Very strong communication and planning skills
* Very good English language skills (written and verbal)
* Strong team player with funded experience on leading teams
* Customer oriented with focus to support an organisation in developing and providing solutions
* Very high level on self-motivation to drive initiatives and initiating changes
* Willingness to bring in new ideas and initiate changes
