This Position reports to:Service Operations Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this position, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the defined production goals by adhering to systems and processes. You will work daily with machines and equipment in manufacturing. Additionally, you will contribute your expertise by reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions for assembling products, systems, or control cabinets.

Work model for this position: On-site
This role contributes to the Electrification Service (ELSE) division in Zuzwil.

Your Main Responsibilities
* Assembly and wiring of control cabinets and modules in the low-voltage range.
* Inspecting, checking, and documenting work, as well as creating quality and user reports.
* Compliance with occupational safety, environmental standards, technical regulations, and workplace organization.
* Responsibility for assigned maintenance tasks and order completion.

Your Qualifications
* Completed apprenticeship as an Automation Technician or Automation Assembler (EFZ).
* Several years of professional experience in a similar position.
* Good mechanical understanding for assembly and modifications.
* Professional and structured working style with a strong focus on quality.
* Experience in electrical networks and energy system construction.
* Knowledge of low-voltage and medium-voltage systems.
* Excellent German skills (spoken and written), basic English skills.
* Team player with solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
* IT affinity and experience with tools such as SharePoint, SAP, Word, and Excel.
