We are seeking a high-performing and driven Securities Lending Sales professional to join our GPS team in Zürich.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in expanding Julius Baer's lendable asset base by actively partnering with Relationship Managers and clients to unlock value through securities lending.
With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you will drive origination efforts, refine sales processes through automation, and serve as the primary point of contact for Private Banking on all Securities Lending matters.
The ideal candidate brings over five years of proven success in Securities Lending sales, with a demonstrated ability to build and grow a profitable book. You possess an established network of beneficial owners in Switzerland and thrive on structuring impactful deals through consultative selling.
Combining sharp commercial instincts with excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English, you will confidently represent the function across internal stakeholders and client touchpoints.

YOUR CHALLENGE
* Grow the lendable asset pool for Julius Baer
* Educate RMs and clients on Securities Lending and generate marketing material
* Drive and automate sales processes
* Be the first point of contact for the Private Banking for anything Sec Lending related
YOUR PROFILE
* 5+ year experience within the Securities Lending sales business
* Proven track-record in developing a profitable portfolio
* Previously collaborated closely with trading and eager to further develop this role through strong partnership with the Securities Lending trading team.
* Strong network of beneficial owners in Switzerland (other regions is a plus)
* Solid sales acumen, passionate about making deals, combing with an impeccable communication and presentation skills in German and English (other languages are a plus)
* Driven, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership within an entrepreneurial environment
* Coding skills, particularly in Python and VBA
