Job Description: Conduct training classes: Conduct training classes for all channels as assigned by Training Manager and Head Zone Training evaluation and follow up: Summarize and evaluate trainings with Training Manager and Head Zone after each training class in order to inform about numbers of trainee and results of working after trained within timeline Development Knowledge and skill development for more specialize in training of each module / each program of each channel with mentoring system and also feedbacks are needed Analyze training knowledge and skill with Training Manager and Head Zone regularly every 2-3 weeks General management: Manage budgets with Training Manager and Head Zone to be as planed and correctly follow company's rules Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any fields At least 1 year of experience in trainers in insurance business (Sales, Team management) Knowledge and skill specialize in training and development Coordination & Analytical Thinking Good presentation and communication skill
