We are looking for an Export Control Business Partner to join our Compliance & Export Control organization in Türkiye and lead export control activities for Siemens Türkiye.

Your Impact
You will act as the key interface between the business, management, authorities, and Siemens Export Control experts worldwide, supporting compliance, business growth, and strategic decision-making.

What are my responsibilities?
* Partner with business leaders and operational teams to ensure compliance with global Export Control and Sanctions regulations.
* Act as a trusted advisor for Sales, Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, People & Organization, and other business functions.
* Monitor geopolitical developments and assess their impact on business operations and strategic initiatives.
* Drive implementation of Siemens' global Export Control framework and local compliance requirements.
* Support complex business opportunities by identifying compliant and practical solutions.
* Review and approve export control-relevant transactions, classifications, licenses, and due diligence activities.
* Engage with government authorities regarding export license applications and regulatory matters.
* Lead awareness, communication, and training initiatives across the organization.
* Support audits, investigations, and reviews while driving continuous improvement of compliance processes.
* Ensure effective deployment and governance of Export Control systems, tools, and digital solutions.
* Collaborate closely with regional and global Export Control experts to share best practices and strengthen compliance programs across Siemens.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
* University degree in Law, Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong experience in Export Control, Sanctions Compliance, International Trade Compliance, Legal Compliance, Customs, or related areas.
* Solid understanding of international trade regulations and compliance frameworks.
* Ability to balance compliance requirements with business objectives.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Fluency in English and Turkish.
* A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
