Job Description:
* Manage, analyze, resolve, and close infrastructure-related IT tickets within agreed SLA targets, following incident and problem management processes.
* Provide hands-on support for receiving, installation, replacement, disposal, and inventory management of network devices.
* Perform labeling and structured cabling operations, cabinet reorganization/renewal, and switch replacement activities.
* Support fiber cabling installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
* Assist in conducting and supporting Wi-Fi surveys and related wireless infrastructure tasks.
* Participate in new IT roll-out and infrastructure upgrade projects.
* Ensure network operations comply with company IT standards, security policies, and best practices.
* Maintain accurate documentation of network assets, cabling, and infrastructure changes.
* Communicate and coordinate effectively with external service providers and vendors when required.
* Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous service enhancement initiatives.
* Support daily IT infrastructure operations to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications:
* University degree in Information Technologies, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related fields (or equivalent technical experience).
* Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in network support, cabling, and infrastructure services.
* Practical experience with network devices (switches, access points, routers) installation, replacement, and inventory management.
* Knowledge of structured cabling standards, labeling, cabinet organization, and fiber cabling support.
* Experience supporting Wi-Fi surveys and basic wireless infrastructure activities.
* Intermediate knowledge of network security concepts.
* Familiarity with ITSM tools and SLA-based incident and problem management processes.
* Ability to coordinate with external service providers and vendors.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in operational environments.
* Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in Turkish; basic working knowledge of English is an advantage
