About the opportunity

* Participates in and completes update processes for chain brands
* Prepares menus for new branches of chain brands
* Ensures procedures in MMT updates
* Checks and updates feedback from other teams
* Supports brand analyses
* Ensures mail tracking

What you need to be successful

* Ability to accurately perform menu update processes
* Completes assigned tasks on time and without errors
* Ability to use basic reporting tools
* Open to feedback and continuous improvement
* Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
* Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
* Contributes to the chain team through individual performance
* Ability to manage and follow up on chain-related email communications
* Able to adapt to high-volume and repetitive workloads
