Responsibilities

* Understand the requirements of each event
* Plan events while considering budget and time constraints
* Source vendors and select the best quality-to-cost ratio
* Manage all event operations (venue, invitations, equipment, order management, stock of goodies and brochures, client relations, etc.)
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms
* Perform final checks on the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
* Evaluate event success and provide reporting
* Propose ideas to improve services and event quality
* Collaborate with marketing to promote and raise awareness of events
* Proactively manage and resolve any issues that arise during events
* Conduct market research, identify event opportunities, and generate interest
* Update and manage Salesforce and campaign data
* Handle client NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and coordinate with the legal team
* Conduct outbound prospecting by calling potential clients
* Manage and qualify inbound leads, and disqualify when appropriate

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* - Currently studying in an engineering or business school, seeking a 2-year apprenticeship
* - Interest in the logistics sector, or willingness to explore it
* - Motivation to join a fast-growing company recognized for product innovation
* - Strong communication skills, good writing abilities, and autonomy
* - Fluent in English and German
