For our boutique in Hamburg, we offer a Retail Sales Apprenticeship starting August 2026 and are looking for dedicated talents with passion and drive, who are eager to start their career in retail.

* Gain hands-on experience by rotating through various departments within our boutique
* Support both front-of-house (sales floor) and back-of-house operations
* Learn key retail processes such as customer service, stock management, and visual merchandising
* Apply classroom learnings directly in a luxury retail environment
* Receive personalized training and mentoring throughout your apprenticeship
* Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Maison Christian Dior, ensuring every client feels welcome and valued

Profil

Successfully completed secondary school education (Mittlerer Schulabschluss or equivalent)
Passion for retail and enthusiasm for the world of Maison Christian Dior
Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive, positive mindset
Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
