Job Description

You will join our team within the Compliance Control department, which is seeking a Compliance Controller for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your mentor and the team members, your main responsibilities will be:
* Conducting controls to ensure the management of non-compliance risks;
* Producing deliverables (control reports, control activity reporting);
* Presenting control findings to business lines (observations and corrective measures);
* Monitoring the implementation of corrective measures;
* Participating in various projects and tasks involving permanent compliance control.
As a Compliance Controller, you will contribute to the evaluation, management, and steering of non-compliance risks in close collaboration with the bank's business lines. You will work within a community of experts who place excellence, impact, and collective action at the heart of everything they do.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Bac+4 level student (equivalent to the penultimate or final year of a Master's degree), you are pursuing a university or business school degree in Finance or Law, with a specialization in Audit, Control (risk management), or Legal.
You have a strong understanding of risk, particularly non-compliance risks.
You possess knowledge of private banking businesses, including products, banking transaction processing, and banking and financial regulations.
You have excellent writing, interpersonal, and synthesis skills, along with a very good listening ability.
