Job Description
You will join the Asset Services Department within the Valuations team, which is looking for a Valuations Analyst for a 1-year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:
* Real Estate Valuations Campaign (quarterly/semi-annual periodicity depending on the managed companies):
* Information collection;
* Meeting organization;
* Analysis of draft valuation figures;
* Active participation in valuation meetings with external real estate experts and asset managers (and fund managers), including writing minutes;
* Monitoring and validation of values, and writing valuation notes.
* Asset Management Activity Reporting: monitoring key indicators.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student with a BAC+4/5 level, pursuing a university or business school degree, with a specialization in Finance, Management Control, Real Estate, or Audit.
You are rigorous and enjoy cross-functional work.
You are recognized for your strong interest in real estate.
You possess good writing skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
