Job Description

You will join our Oversight, Quality & Controls team, composed of 8 people, within the Global Markets Operations department, which is looking for a Data Analyst for a 1-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
The OQC department is one of the sectors within the Global Markets Operations department, which encompasses post-market activities (Trade Support, Middle and Back Office). It serves as the point of contact for internal auditors (Inspections, Compliance, and Operational Risk Management) and regulators, is responsible for process quality (especially GMO data quality), and manages the GMO indicators' datalake.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
Data Quality Framework
* Identify, document, and monitor the production of each data point, covering and tracking the process from its creation, transformation, to its storage;
* Identify critical data for business activity through collaboration with departmental business owners;
* Document and report potential quality issues;
* Propose and follow remediation plans;
* Participate in stakeholder acculturation.
Data Preparation and Data Visualization
* Identify relevant data and golden sources within a datalake;
* Participate in ideation workshops for data model creation;
* Develop, automate, and maintain Data Quality controls on Informatica;
* Perform initial analysis to detect data quality related anomalies;
* Maintain Data Quality Dashboards on Power BI.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+4/5 level, you are pursuing a university degree with a specialization in Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science, or Information Systems Management. You are proficient in the Office 365 suite tools. You have an appetite for data and wish to specialize in it (data preparation, data manipulation, visualization...). You are eager to understand the underlying business data to adapt to your interlocutor. You know how to work in project mode, think through, and implement a system to ensure data quality. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
