Job Description

You join our team, which is looking for a Customer Relations Officer, for an apprenticeship of 2 years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls;
* Ensure the follow-up and smooth running of these calls;
* Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
* Assist and interface with employees and promote Employee Savings and retirement-related products, by phone.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

General Baccalaureate, STMG or Tertiary Vocational Baccalaureate level student, you wish to prepare a BTS NRDC, in Caen.
Young, adult, in retraining or not, you have a first experience in customer relations if possible.
You have a good level of oral expression, and master the spelling rules.
You have an appetite for banking and financial products and master office tools.
You thrive in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
Endowed with a great capacity for listening, analysis and synthesis, you have the sense of advice.
