Job Description

You will join our Strategic Equity Capital Markets (SECM) middle office team which is looking for a Middle Office Strategic Equity Capital Markets Manager, for a 2-year apprenticeship starting from September 2026.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main missions will be:
* Assist in the daily monitoring of corporate Broking activity deals;
* Help manage the booking of market operations, financing and commissions, in compliance with current procedures and nomenclatures;
* Contribute to ensuring the quality of front to back data entry and assist in interactions with our external and internal clients;
* Respond to front office requests and facilitate the interface with back-office as well as our various partners (legal, business management, MOA, etc.).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student with a BAC+3/4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Market Finance. You have knowledge of market products (securities, OTC derivatives, corporate broking) and structured financing. You have good command of Sophis, Summit and LoanIQ tools. You have good command of standard office tools (particularly Excel) and ideally VBA and Python. You appreciate analyzing contractual documentation in French and English, as well as specialized financial structures. You have excellent writing, interpersonal and synthesis skills. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
