Job Description

You will join our Accounting Control teams within the Global Banking Operations COO department, which is looking for a Finance Project Manager, for a 2-year apprenticeship starting from September 2026.
Within the GBO Accounting team, your role will consist of participating in the establishment and review of control processes to harmonize them with international platforms. You will oversee the implementation of new features, lead automation projects to improve efficiency, and act as a key contact point between business teams and data users. You will also contribute to strategic projects on specific topics.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main missions will be:
* Project Management & Coordination:
* Contribute to strategic projects and oversee the implementation of new features.
* Participate in testing phases and coordinate actions with other services (Risk, Operations) from a Finance perspective.
* Serve as a liaison between business managers and data consumers (management, accounting).
* Participate in the review and harmonization of control processes with international platforms.
* Respond to internal client requests (Back Office, Middle Office, etc.).
* Reporting & Analysis:
* Participate in quarterly reporting work.
* Identify and report accounting anomalies from management tools.
* Extract and analyze Product and Charge accounts.
* Monitor the application of IFRS 9 standards.
* Automation & Process Optimization:
* Automate manual tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Optimize existing processes through procedure writing and macro usage.
* Participate in the definition of processes for new controls.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+4/5 level, preparing for a degree (university, business school or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance, Management Control, Audit or Accounting, Information Systems Management, Project Management. You have knowledge of Corporate and Structured Financing. Previous experience in corporate finance or in a firm (Audit or Consulting) would be a plus. You have knowledge in programming languages (Python or R) or via LowCode tools such as Alteryx. You are proficient in data analysis/visualization and office tools (Microsoft Suite, especially Excel). You have excellent written, interpersonal, and synthesis skills. You have initiative and the capacity to propose relevant solutions. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
