Job Description

You are joining our Investment Performance and Risk Data team within Data Administration at Natixis Investment Managers Operating Services, which is looking for a KPI & Production Monitoring Developer - ESG Finance, for an alternation of 2 years from September 2026.
You will join our team and help improve the quality of the data collected on ESG so that they meet the ESG compliance and reporting requirements for our clients.
Within our team of 7 people, you will be the technological referent of the team, actively participating in the modernization of our monitoring processes and providing operational support to your colleagues. Your main mission will be to design and develop reports and KPIs aimed at measuring and improving the quality of ESG data. You will also contribute to the management, improvement and exploitation of data related to performance, risk and asset allocation, in order to enrich client reporting.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Analyze, enrich and/or modernize our quality control tool for post-integration ESG data (providers, third parties, instruments, indicators, etc...);
* Document all developments and changes made;
* Innovate by proposing and developing new reports / KPIs to strengthen our operational efficiency, improve data quality vis-à-vis our clients;
* Collaborate if necessary in drafting the specifications for IT DATA, participate in discussions with the MOA/MOE, and monitor projects, particularly regarding the quality of ESG data;
* Contribute to the day-to-day tasks of the department as needed.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC +4 student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in data science and computer science.

You have a strong interest in financial and ESG data.

You are passionate about information technology, business intelligence and data.

You have an appetite for tools and new technologies.

You are rigorous, curious, proactive and motivated by data and reporting in the financial sector.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
