Job Description

You will join our Private Assets Operations and Reporting team, which is seeking a Data and Reporting Manager for a 1 or 2-year alternation starting in September 2026.
The team oversees daily financial and regulatory monitoring, as well as the production, automation, and publication of investor reports, in collaboration with the investment, ESG, operations, and IT teams.
A key function within Mirova that supports real asset strategies, including energy transition infrastructure, impact private equity, and natural capital.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be:
* Production and pre-filling of reports for investors and internal reports.
* Automation and modernization of reporting tools.
* Improvement of data quality and reporting processes.
* Deployment and enhancement of Power BI dashboards.
Furthermore, Mirova is actively exploring the use of artificial intelligence to improve reporting and analytical workflows; you will therefore contribute to several "augmented analytics" initiatives, including:
* Using AI models to support report preparation.
* Assisting with automated data anomaly detection.
* Experimenting with AI-assisted tools to accelerate data exploration.
* Participating in proof-of-concepts to integrate AI assistants into Power BI, Python, or SQL workflows, with the goal of improving automation and productivity.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at Bac+3 level, pursuing an engineering degree with a specialization in Computer Science, Data, or Mathematics. Passionate about data, reporting systems, and Power BI development. You know Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query) and Excel. You have solid foundations in data processing, databases, and automation (Python, SQL, API REST, VBA, or equivalent). You have good team spirit and interpersonal skills. You are familiar with ESG and/or SFDR concepts (a plus). And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
