Job Description

ALTERNANCE
Finalités de la mission (Objectifs / projets) :
* Fiabiliser les lignes de bobinage rotor et stator 6AK step2
* Standardisation et transversalisassion de bonnes pratiques
* Amélioration continue des indicateurs clés (TRS, qualité, coûts)
* Digitalisation et automatisation des outils de suivi de performance
* Conduite de projets d'optimisation des flux et des méthodes opératoires
* Contribution à la réduction des non-performances (PONC, dérives qualité, arrêts)

Activité de la mission (description du poste) :
* Mettre en place des actions d'amélioration SQCD
* Rédiger des FOS
* Mise à jour des indicateurs QCD
* Présentation du top 10 QCD

Compétences clés requises :
* Savoir être
* Aisance orale
* Bonne maitrise des outils microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint,..)
* Capacité à réaliser des analyses
* Connaissances en amélioration continue / lean
* Notions en méthodes et process industriels
