[Apprenticeship] Corporate Communication Manager Assistant

The position is attached to the Corporate & Legal team, in charge of the corporate and internal communications for (COMPANY NAME).
Missions :
Fully integrated into the team and reporting to the Internal & Corporate Communications Senior Lead, you will contribute developing the corporate image, visibility and notoriety of (COMPANY NAME) in France and in Europe through different communication projects (internal, corporate and employer branding):
Corporate communication
* Coordinate the animation of our LinkedIn (COMPANY NAME) page (45 000 followers) with business and employer branding actions
* Participate in the reinforcement of our corporate and employer brand through the creation of content and media (editorial content, visuals, videos)
* Animate our corporate external website and contribute to its constat evolution
* Analyse the impact of our actions

Internal communication
* Contribute to organising office events with the Employee experience team and the relevant teams (Company meeting, team events, hackathons…)
* Support our teams in their communication initiatives (written, oral) and in highlighting their successes
* Manage our internal communications platform (GoogleSite) and update it with relevant and impactful information
* Benchmark the best practices in terms of internal and HR communication
* Monitor the monthly reporting

Profile required:
* You're in Master 1 or Master 2 (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in Communication
* You have graphic design skills (Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Creative Suite, PlayPlay...)
* You're customer-oriented and results driven
* You're passionate about communication, as much about digital, events as producing or writing content
* You speak and write English fluently and your spelling is impeccable
* You have rigor, organization and analytical skills
* You are creative, curious and proactive: you are not afraid to take initiatives and you know how to juggle several missions at the same time
* You are autonomous and adaptable: you are able to work in a constantly changing environment and on several projects at the same time
* You have great teamspirit: you like to collaborate and share your ideas
