GCS trainee apprentice will be responsible for supporting GCS India Operations and the role will involve structured training, collaboration, and opportunity to experience the dynamic world of American Express

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Skills and Experience Requirements
* Graduates in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Business Administration/Economics/Banking and Finance)
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management
* Demonstrate positive attitude, agility, and willingness to learn and develop. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, structured, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
* Strong flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while maintaining accuracy
* Must be flexible to work across different shifts.
