Ecolab is seeking a recent graduate to join our team in Vimercate as Commercial Excellence Trainee.

How you'll make an impact:
* Collaborate, coordinate and support the sales teams to implement commercial excellence strategies such as service efficiency improvement, digital solutions for sales teams etc.
* Process and analyze data with critical view to continuously improve processes aimed at driving business growth, develop dashboards.
* Provide general support to other projects across the division, including data collection and processing, presentations development, reporting, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor/master's degree in business administration, engineering or similar.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Power BI.
* Fluent in English and Spanish/Italian.
* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and on an international and virtual base.
* Strong digital, analytical and problem-solving skill.
* High level of accuracy and detail oriented.
* Available for a full-time Apprentice
