(COMPANY NAME) is aggressively tackling the issue of climate change by making bold commitments to make its operations carbon neutral by 2025 and net zero carbon emissions by 2030. Not only are we making bold commitments ourselves, but our Sustainability Business Division team is leading the charge in advising global companies in developing their own bold commitments to curb climate change and maintain less than 1.5 deg C temperature rise. This position will be at the core of this global, all-hands effort for our planet and generations to come.

Within our Sustainability Business Division, we are seeking highly motivated, collaborative, forward thinking graduates with an enthusiasm for sustainability to join our new graduate rotational program.

Your responsibilities
* As part of an ongoing initiative to develop and retain a highly talented workforce, our goal is to provide exposure in 3 main business areas over a 2-year period.
* In our program, you will become a permanent employee who will rotate in different roles and gain valuable experience in the sustainability consulting space.
* We offer this program in 3 regions: Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific
* You will be fast tracked into our high performing teams, making a real business impact during your placements. You will learn on the job and via a structured development plan to ensure long term career success with us, beyond this program. There will be many opportunities to collaborate and learn from our specialist teams and leaders across the globe, in addition to your dedicated program buddy.
* We know skills and competencies show up in many difference ways and can be based on your life experience. If you do not necessarily meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply for the position.

About you

* You should complete a Bachelor degree or higher program such as MBA or Masters in the Spring of 2024
* Your education and/or experience is in the Sustainability space
* In addition, you have a displayed passion to make a difference for the future of our planet
* Further, you have the willingness and potential to evolve in a leadership role in sustainability
* You should have the ability to speak and read German and English fluently. French language skills are advantageous.
