* Assisting in implementing the initiatives in terms of system/application development both front end and back-end to help to improve business and business operation processes * Communicating with related stakeholders to develop internal application for business process improvement * Working with group and local stakeholders to deliver the transformation projects including not limit to operational transformation but also the business transformation * Ensuring the proper following the Maybank governance and software development processes

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Fresh graduated or forth year student in IT/Computer Science from a reputable university/institute. * Keen to learn and interest in technologies * Knowledge in programming languages and in user's application development tools (C#, JAVA, J2EE, Visual Basic, Jboss/WebSphere...) * Knowledge in databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, and MySQL * Knowledge in Web Applications, Java or .NET Web application is a plus * Good communication skill, problem solving, time management. * Able to learn and understand the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile
