What will you be involved in?
Our Commercial Graduate Program is for analytically curious graduates who want to understand how businesses grow. You'll gain hands-on experience across key parts of our commercial organization and learn how revenue is planned, measured, and grown, from go-to-market strategy to post-sale value.

During the program, you'll work in two or more of the following teams:

CS Foundation (8 months, all graduates will complete this rotation)
You'll begin with an eight-month rotation in Customer Success before moving into the wider commercial organization. This gives you a strong foundation in the customer experience after the sale, the value customers want to achieve, and the signals that influence growth, renewal, or churn. By the end of this rotation, you will be able to:

* Identify early churn risk using customer health, usage, and engagement signals, and escalate with clear recommendations.
* Turn adoption and usage data into clear value stories linked to measurable customer outcomes.
* Support renewal readiness through strong value narratives and accurate, timely CRM data.
* Spot expansion opportunities and present supported upsell or cross-sell ideas to commercial partners.
* Maintain reliable forecast hygiene through consistent updates to stages, status, health scores, and notes.
* Lead adoption and value check-ins with growing independence to support successful onboarding and usage.
* Coordinate cross-functional support to remove blockers affecting adoption, renewal confidence, or growth.
* Prioritize actions using sound commercial judgement across customer value, risk, and effort.
* Produce a concise case study showing how your work improved adoption, protected revenue, or created growth potential.

Sales Development Representative (SDR)
In this rotation, you'll learn how pipeline is built and how opportunities move through the sales process. You'll see how sales and commercial teams work together and build the foundation needed for strong commercial decision-making. By the end of this rotation, you will be able to:

* Generate qualified pipeline that meets agreed standards.
* Run value-led discovery that turns interest into sales-accepted opportunities.
* Deliver disciplined prospecting cadences aligned to Sage Sales Rhythm.
* Maintain accurate CRM data that supports conversion and forecasting.
* Contribute consistently towards lead quota with coaching support.

Routes to Revenue (RTR), Growth Planning & GTM Strategy
In this rotation, you'll work close to Sage's go-to-market strategy and see how the business plans for growth. You'll build strategic commercial thinking and gain exposure to how decisions are made across regions, finance, and product. By the end of this rotation, you will be able to:

* Apply GTM and growth planning logic to support revenue plans across regions, finance, and product.
* Analyze performance data to shape quarterly and annual growth decisions.
* Use revenue concepts such as LTV and CAC to assess and improve GTM choices.

Commercial Operations, Performance Insight & Decision Support
In this rotation, you'll turn data into insight that supports better business decisions. You'll build analytical rigor and understand how commercial performance is tracked, forecast, and improved across the organization. By the end of this rotation, you will be able to:

* Turn commercial data into decision-ready insight on targets, trends, and performance drivers.
* Support forecast accuracy and performance cadence through disciplined analysis and reporting.
* Drive process and capability improvements by aligning operations, enablement, and sales.

Professional Services, Value Realization & Post-Sale Commercial Credibility
In this rotation, you'll see how customer value is delivered after the sale and how commercial promises are brought to life in practice. You'll build credibility by understanding how delivery outcomes connect to retention and growth. By the end of this rotation, you will be able to:

* Ensure smooth sales-to-services handover with clear scope, outcomes, and success measures.
* Validate post-sale value against what was sold and feed insights back to the commercial organization.
* Build post-sale commercial credibility by linking delivery outcomes to retention and growth potential.

Please note that this is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
During your time on the program, you could also be involved in:

* Supporting revenue plans and go-to-market strategies across regions and product lines
* Analyzing commercial data and pipeline metrics to identify trends and support decision-making
* Preparing business cases and performance reports for commercial leaders
* Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to maintain a joined-up commercial view
* Exploring how AI and automation can improve planning, forecasting, and revenue execution
* Contributing to process improvements that increase commercial effectiveness

From day one, you'll gain hands-on experience across the commercial organization and build the skills, confidence, and judgement needed for a long-term career in commercial operations, revenue strategy, or go-to-market leadership.

What we're looking for
You'll need a degree in any discipline. More than your subject, we're looking for curiosity, clear communication, and an interest in how businesses grow.

* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence using data to spot trends and draw insights
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to turn information into practical recommendations
* A structured, proactive approach and strong attention to detail
* Curiosity, adaptability, and an interest in how businesses operate and grow
* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across different teams
* Experience using AI tools or an interest in how technology is changing commercial teams

What you can expect from the process
* Apply online with your CV
* Complete screening, cognitive testing and video interview
* If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend a final stage assessment
* Successful candidates will join us in October 2026
