Job summary

Main responsibilities:
1. To assist the FX traders to manage the bank FX trading activity, responsible for RMB FX spot trading support, to help assuring the duty of local market market-makers
2. To participate the development of our FX business, help traders to provide FX pricing to sales and the branches
3. Daily stop loss limit; control your intraday mtm swing
4. Maintain our FX maker license with target of improving our ranking to 30 or above.
5. Expand our price taker flows with additional price taker names
6. Contribute to team daily task (with details sign off daily checklist) to ensure no limit breach incurred due to trading activities
7. Start to develop your product knowledge in FXO with target to become back-up trader for FXO
8. To participate the development of Capital market activities locally
9. To assist the trader to manage the bank's FX trading activity in China
10.To provide information on trends, movements, ideas and quotations of FX products internal sales/marketing people
11.To ensure the good processing of FX spot transactions
12.To provide professional support/backup on treasury funding activity, assist the FX trader in monitoring bank's FX position

Supplementary Information

Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree or above, with major as Finance or Math, Physic related, Fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience.
2. Have related working or internship experience in global markets
3. Programming/data processing skills would be preferred for candidates.
4. The personality of skilled for communication.
5. Detail oriented with good team-working spirit.
6. Native speaker in Chinese and Good command of English.
7. Capacity to cooperate and ability to work across disciplines.
8. CFA or Level 1&2 candidates is a plus.
