Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Procurement Specialist - Back Office (Mexico & Brazil).

In this role, we require Procurement Profile who will perform below responsibilities.

Responsibilities

* Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for spare parts (local, imported, and intercompany).
* Provide end-to-end support for new projects, including requisitions, purchase orders, and follow-up.
* Interact with local and international suppliers.
* Prepare, review, and analyze import documentation.
* Provide logistics support and manage customs clearance processes.
* Follow up on local and international deliveries (freight forwarders, PO aging).
* Manage shipping instructions and material consolidation.
* Support the collection and organization of documentation for import and intercompany processes.
* Provide operational and strategic support to the procurement function.
* Prepare reports on purchase order status and supplier performance.
* Review and approve international documentation.
* Maintain close coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics teams.
* Coordinate import requisitions, purchase orders, and strategic projects.
* Own KPIs and manage purchase order aging.
* Work directly with Mexico and Brazil-based teams and provide support to international operations.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Foreign Trade, Engineering, or related fields.
* Advanced or fluent English (mandatory).
* Advanced or fluent Portuguese (mandatory).
* Advanced or native Spanish (mandatory).
* Solid experience in import processes, projects, and international procurement.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
* Experience with Power BI (preferred).
* Knowledge of ERP systems (JDE experience is a strong plus).
* Strong analytical skills, organization, and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including international suppliers.
