OPERATIONS GRADUATE PROGRAM

A Graduate Program at L'Oréal Middle East will allow you to gain strong professional experience, learn and connect with the best in the industry! Come & join one of our Operations teams for a 9-12 months assignment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be an integral part of one of our Operations teams, supporting the smooth execution of supply chain and operational activities while contributing to business efficiency and performance.
* Support supply chain operations including demand planning, inventory management, and order tracking
* Assist in coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth product flow
* Analyze operational performance and provide insights to improve processes and efficiency
* Support forecasting and stock monitoring to ensure product availability across channels
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, marketing, finance, and customer care to support business objectives
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives
* Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports and presentations for management
* Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and operational processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Confident in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Demonstrate an ability to work in a multi-functional and fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
* Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Fluent in English and Arabic languages

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS

* You must be in your final year of university or a fresh graduate (less than 2 years)
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
* Available for a full-time 9-12 months assignment
