The Role
Si terminas tu grado/máster tecnológico en junio/julio, o hace menos de un año que lo acabaste y estás buscando tu primera oportunidad laboral, te ofrecemos que entres a formar parte de Kyndryl.

Buscamos universitario/as para incorporar en plantilla con contrato indefinido, orientados a roles técnicos, que crezcan rápida y consistentemente con una base tecnológica amplia y firme, y que progresen diseñando soluciones y liderando equipos. Kyndryl es el socio tecnológico de las principales empresas españolas, y el programa os dará unas bases muy sólidas para ascender en un futuro en la compañía.

El Programa de recién graduados de Kyndryl está orientado a graduaciones técnicas del sector IT, principalmente Telecomunicaciones e Informática, y te dará la oportunidad de comenzar tu carrera profesional combinando la formación en diferentes áreas estratégicas con contribuciones reales de trabajo en clientes. El programa es un acelerador de carreras profesionales técnicas, y, como tal, fomenta el mentoring y el networking como una de las bases para un buen entendimiento de la compañía, y te proporcionará las herramientas, el aprendizaje y la interiorización de una cultura diversa e inclusiva que te impulsará como futuro líder de Kyndryl.

Who You Are
Conocimientos y experiencia requerido:
· Estudios que finalicen en junio/julio 2026 o haber finalizado hace menos de 1 año
· Universitarios con pasión por la tecnología, preferiblemente: Grado en Ingeniería de
Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, o cualquier variante o equivalente de estos grados.
· Español e inglés fluido

Conocimientos y experiencia deseables:
* Se valorará conocimiento de tecnologías de Cloud, Seguridad y Redes, así como tener nociones básicas de programación y entornos de desarrollo.
* Historial demostrado de méritos académicos, becas, cursos...
* Habilidad para trabajar independientemente y en entornos de equipos multidisciplinares.
* Habilidades de organización, de resolución de problemas, y de gestión del tiempo
* Capacidad de aplicar la lógica en la resolución de problemas.
* Apasionados por dar soluciones ante problemas cambiantes.
