The Opportunity

Enhance global supply chain performance through analytics, planning, and service optimization. Get familiar with the entire order fulfillment process and how we support our customers on a daily basis.
Rotations may include:
* Demand & Supply Planning
* Transport & 3PL Network Management
* Order management & customer collaboration

The Position

* Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs
* Support demand and supply planning activities
* Manage small scale projects within some of the Supply Chain areas, participate in the daily operations to get to know the activities like e.g. in order management & customer collaboration.
* Contribute to inventory optimization and stock management
* Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery
* Support projects for network optimization and process improvement initiatives
* Prepare insights and reports for decision-making

Who you are

We are looking for high-potential early-career professionals with a strong analytical mindset and motivation to build a career in healthcare and operations.
You should have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain , analytics profiles or related fields
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
* Interest in healthcare, operations, and data-driven environments
* Full availability for a 24-month program

Timelines & further information

* Full-time 24-month graduate contract (not a university internship agreement)
* Based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona)
* Start date: September 2026
* Assessment Center: July 7th
* Applications reviewed on a rolling basis
