Reporting to the APAC Director, we are looking for a Graduate-Level Sales Trainee to support the development of BIO-UV in the APAC region. The mission will involve contributing to sales growth with existing customers while actively supporting business development efforts in new markets, accounts, and territories Role and Responsibilities: * Work with the team to be mentored and up skilled on BIO-UV solutions (including UV, Ozone and AOP technologies) and the water treatment industry * Work with your manager to prepare a progressive action plan * Run sales actions and drive sales administration activities with existing accounts according to plan (account management) * Prospect new accounts/territories, through phone, internet or attendance to exhibitions. * Participate to the full sales cycle, from quotation to closing and follow-up on payments or technical support * Ensure the development of after-market business (spare parts, service, maintenance agreement) * Provide recommendation for new solutions requirements including market analysis, view of the competitive landscape and quantified growth forecast * Office based in Jakarta. After a ramp-up period, you will be expected to spend a minimum of 30 to 50% of the time visiting customers
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
* Minimum of 2 years professional B2B sales experience with track records in a high volume, fast paced environment. Experience related to water treatment and/or one of our key markets (pool and spas, aquaculture, aquarium, food industry) is a strong plus. * Full proficiency in English * Graduate in a relevant Engineering, Science or Business School based degree * Able to travel in South East Asia * Excellent relationship skills, strong communicator both written and verbal * Mature, resilient, driven, responsive and dynamic character, who thrives on a challenge * Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter who hits the ground running * Able to operate autonomously but is also a good team player * Work confidentially and with respect when representing the company's brand Only candidates who meet the experience and degree requirements will be considered
