The Opportunity

Join our Global Retail Excellence & Education team and help create innovative learning education experiences for our retail teams worldwide.

For this graduate position you will dive into exciting projects, from digital learning platforms to global development program rollouts, while building skills in project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. We're looking for someone with genuine enthusiasm for education and technology, ready to help shape the future of our retail communities.

What you'll get to do

* Explore Digital Learning Tools: Support global education platforms, assist with testing and feedback, and help improve user experience across markets.
* Coordinate Education Rollouts: Contribute to launching education programs worldwide, track progress, and ensure smooth implementation tailored to local needs.
* Elevate Service Standards: Help support and analyse Mystery Shopping data and reports, spot trends, and share insights that transform the retail experience.
* Build Global Community Connections: Organise events, create newsletters, and share best practices to keep our global education network informed and inspired.
* Support Daily Operations & Projects: Maintain trackers, calendars, and operational documentation; assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination; prepare impactful presentations for leadership updates; and keep project dashboards and progress reports up to date.

We'd love to meet you if you have

* Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology or related field
* Professional work experience or internship in retail, luxury, hospitality or tech is beneficial
* Fluent English: proficiency in additional languages are an advantage

* Curiosity & Willingness to Learn: You're excited to explore new ideas and technologies with genuine interest in education technology
* Tech-Savvy: Confident using digital tools and open to learning new platforms.
* Strong Communication Skills: You're comfortable working with diverse teams and sharing information. A clear communicator who builds trust and collaborates naturally
* Great Organizational Skills: You have a project management mindset: organised, structured, dependable. Able to manage multiple tasks, keep track of details, and meet deadlines.
* Analytical: You enjoy working with data, analysing, spotting trends to improve processes and simplifying insights
* Team Player: You're collaborative, adaptable, and ready to support colleagues across markets
* You will also be creative, solution focused, think innovatively and have a positive mindset
