YOUR CHALLENGE

During the programme, you will:
* Collaborate with business managers, product specialists, and functional teams across the Bank to support the planning and coordination of regional business development initiatives.
* Contribute to data analysis, report compilation, and presentation development for regional management and business managers, helping to translate business performance into clear, actionable insights.
* Support the execution of regional and global initiatives by coordinating action plans, monitoring progress, and following-up on key deliverables with stakeholders
* Assist in fulfilling regular and ad-hoc business requests from the regional senior management, business units and functional partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required information

YOUR PROFILE

* Bachelor's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in relevant fields (graduation max. 12 months ago)
* Initial practical experience in banking, finance, wealth management or consulting
* Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
* A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
* Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
* Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
