The AMAN IGNITE Program is designed to develop the next generation of hospitality professionals through immersive, hands-on learning within Aman's ultra-luxury environment. Under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Management Team, participants will gain comprehensive exposure to restaurant dining operations, delivering personalized and intuitive service in line with Aman's philosophy of understated luxury.
This program offers a unique opportunity to understand the operational excellence, attention to detail, and service culture that define the Aman experience, while contributing meaningfully to guest satisfaction and community engagement.

Responsibilities
* Global Ultra-Luxury Exposure: Gain hands-on experience in an exciting international destination within Aman's world-class hospitality environment.
* Fully Immersive Learning Journey: Be embedded in daily Food & Beverage operations from day one, supporting restaurant and villa dining services.
* Personalized Development Plan: Benefit from a structured Individual Development Plan including on-the-job training, classroom sessions, eLearning, and accredited online courses in partnership with Cornell University.
* Dedicated Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced leaders who will guide, coach, and inspire your professional growth.
* Operational Excellence: Deliver personalized, discreet, and anticipatory service while ensuring presentation, mise-en-place, and service standards meet Aman expectations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and apply strong product knowledge in food and beverage offerings.
* Career Advancement Opportunity: Successfully completing the program leads to a graduation ceremony and progression to an Assistant Manager position.

Qualifications
* Recent graduate (or graduating soon) with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (completed within the last 2 years).
* Minimum 1 year of work or internship experience in hospitality; luxury hospitality exposure is highly preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Demonstrates a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, service excellence, and delivering personalized guest experiences.
* Emotionally intelligent, culturally adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
* Proactive, operationally driven, flexible with shifts (including weekends and public holidays), and eager to grow into an international hospitality career
