At Rimowa, digital transformation is at the core of modernizing operations and enhancing efficiency across our global supply chain, production, and corporate functions. We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Transformation Intern (m/f/d) for a 1-year placement to support our ongoing initiatives ranging from SAP implementations and IT/OT integration to Power BI dashboards and ERP process improvements.
The intern will gain hands-on experience in managing digital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and exploring the latest technologies that drive operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to develop project management and technology skills in a global luxury brand environment.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong interest in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, ERP systems, and emerging technologies. Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools is an advantage. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results. Strong presentation skills and ability to translate technical topics into clear business insights. Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus
