Your Tasks

* Research, data analysis, concept development and support the implementation in the area of global talent management, e.g. on the topics of succession planning and talent assessment
* Design, development and support the implementation of training, guidelines and supporting materials for employees, the HR community and managers
* Management of internal digital platforms, including Sharepoint
* Be part of the team and have fun

Your Profile

* Advanced studies in the fields of economics, psychology, communication sciences or similar
* Properly enrolled during the entire internship or gap year
* Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies
* Analytical strength, high level of motivation and high learning ability
* Accuracy and precision
* Good communication and ability to interact with stakeholders at high hierarchical levels
* Very good command of English (written & verbal)
