Working student Multi Asset Portfolio Management (f/m/d)

As working student in our Frankfurt office within the Multi Asset Portfolio Management team you will be responsible for supporting Portfolio Managers in their daily work on manager research, fund selection and monitoring, asset allocation and portfolio construction. What you will do

* Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment strategies, processes, and portfolio managers, leveraging coaching to ensure success
* Prepare detailed reports and compelling presentations for diverse clients and portfolios.
* Execute ad-hoc tasks and small projects requiring urgent attention, such as market research or expanding our suite of tools and processes
* Support data management and perform in-depth analysis for fund research and portfolio management initiatives, including projects related to AI adoption.

What you bring

* A fast-thinking, well-structured, and highly motivated team player with strong collaboration skills
* Advanced semester of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally focused on Finance (e.g., Economics, Business Management with a Finance concentration, Mathematics, or IT), supported by excellent academic results
* Initial experience in investment or portfolio management; alternatively, experience in investment banking or consulting combined with a strong interest in financial markets
* Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Power BI, and programming capabilities (e.g., Python, SQL) to support data-driven decision-making
* Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to switch seamlessly between tasks and communicate effectively across teams
* Proficiency in German and English (C-level in reading and writing).
