Job Description:
Deine Mission:
Du unterstützt unsere Projektleitung und das Programmmanagement-Office (PMO) bei der Steuerung komplexer Vorhaben. Du bist nicht nur Zuschauer, sondern gestaltest Prozesse aktiv mit und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Projekte "in time, in scope und in budget" bleiben.

Deine Aufgaben:
* Projekt-Support: Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Meilensteinen und Ressourcen.
* Reporting & Analyse: Erstellung von Statusberichten, Dashboards und Präsentationen für das Management.
* Meeting-Kultur: Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projekt-Meetings sowie Moderation von Teilaspekten (inkl. Protokollführung).
* Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in unseren internen PM-Workflows und Tools (z.B. Google, C-Place).
* Kommunikation: Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und Stakeholdern.

Dein Profil:
* Studium: Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
* Struktur: Du liebst Ordnung, denkst analytisch und behältst auch bei Termindruck den Überblick.
* Tools: Sicherer Umgang mit Google; erste Erfahrung mit PM-Software ist ein Plus.
* Soft Skills: Du bist kommunikationsstark, arbeitest gerne im Team und hast eine "Hands-on"-Mentalität.
* Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Dauer:

Pflichtpraktikum wie vorgeschrieben, freiwilliges Praktikum max. 3 Monate, bitte möglichen Praktikumszeitraum angeben
