Job Description:

* Support the project management team in the day-to-day operations surrounding Celebrity Collections
* Assist in the 360° coordination of ongoing projects, including the maintenance and tracking of project timelines and deadlines
* Support communication with artists, management teams, and external partners
* Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of marketing launches and campaign activations
* Support KPI management, including the preparation of reports and basic analyses
* Assist with budget and cost overviews for ongoing projects
* Conduct research on trends in fashion, celebrities, and social media, and derive initial insights
* Provide general organizational and administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

* Ongoing or completed studies in business, media, fashion management, communications, or a comparable field
* Initial practical experience in project management, marketing, fashion, influencer management, or agency environments is a plus
* Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working
* Interest in fashion, celebrities, social media, and current trends
* Confident handling of MS Office and/or Google Suite
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
