About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Internship Trainee is responsible for the day-to-day support in our F&B operations.

As Internship Trainee, you will responsible for the following duties:
* Assist in daily operations of restaurants and/or banqueting services
* Support service teams in delivering high-quality guest experiences
* Interact professionally and courteously with guests
* Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations
* Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests
* Independently managing operations during assigned shifts
* Ensuring compliance with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards

As Internship Trainee, we expect from you:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or a related field
* Strong interest in Food & Beverage operations and hospitality service excellence
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
* Very good communication skills in German and English
